Month of Coordination
This package is designed for the brides who prefer handling most of the planning and design on their own, but are in need of professional assistance leading up to the big day! We jump in 6 weeks prior to your wedding date so you can enjoy the last few weeks leading up to the big day!
Highlights
o Full Coordination Services starting 6 weeks prior to your event date
o Meet 6 weeks prior to your event date. At this point you will turn over all contracts and vendor information so we can review and dial in all last-minute details.
o After our initial meeting, we will touch base with all vendors and become the main contact from here until the big day.
o Two in-person planning and logistics meetings (Up to 2 hours each)

Partial Planning & Coordination
This package is designed for those couples who have a good idea of their vision, yet want to simplify the process and have a stress-free planning experience. We can help you with the wedding planning process by managing every aspect of certain vendors and details that you don’t want to handle, while allowing you to have all the fun with the ones that you do.
Highlights
o Coordination Services start once you’ve booked with us (typically 18 – 12 months prior to your event date)
o Custom vendor selection. We will do the hiring, management, & negotiation of all chosen vendors. (For example, Venue, Rentals, Caterer, Florist, Cake, Musicians, DJ/Entertainment, Officiant) *This package is best discussed between planner & client
