Services Include:
- Full Coordination Services starting 6 weeks prior to your event date
Meet 6 weeks prior to your event date. At this point you will turn over all contracts and vendor information so we can review and dial in all last-minute details.
- Two in-person planning and logistics meetings (Up to 2 hours each)
- Recommended vendor list
- Venue visit (if needed)
- Unlimited email communication during entire planning process (Not included in the day-of package)

- Last minute management
- Detailed décor set up checklist & Photo Shot List
- Wedding Emergency Kit

Partial Planning & Coordination
Rates starting at $6000
Services Include:
- Coordination Services start once you’ve booked with us (typically 18 – 12 months prior to your event date)
- Custom vendor selection. We will do the hiring, management, & negotiation of all chosen vendors. (For example, Venue, Rentals, Caterer, Florist, Cake, Musicians, DJ/Entertainment, Officiant, etc…)
- Unlimited in-person planning and logistics meetings
- Venue visit (if needed)
- Unlimited email communication during entire planning process
- Timeline & Floor Plan Development
- Crisis Management
- Detailed décor set up checklist & Photo Shot List
- Wedding Emergency Kit
